Happy St. Patrick's Day! A favorite photo...I'm the luck one (being Alyssa's mom)!
I've been creating too! But I can't share yet. I'm submitting for the A Million Memories design team (actually I'm about 95% sure I'm submitting). Really enjoying the creating for this.
Love the new bedding Alyssa picked out for her room. The color and pattern...can't deny the happiness in them.
A lot of fun stuff going on with the emphasis being on a lot. We're making plans for spring break which starts this Friday. Crossing our fingers for nice weather :)
A little self reflecting...
It's like this article was written for me. Nothing new. Nothing I haven't heard before. It was to say the least thought provoking. A little bit of a I never thought of it that way moment. Always room for improvement...right?
Remember my photo reorganization project? It came to a halt while waiting for the photo sleeves. They finally arrived...
...all 600 of them! This step (photos into sleeves) in the reorganizing is taking the longest but I know the effort will be worth it when it's done. More photos later. After this only one more step to complete the reorganizing.
A digi photo tip! I'm also working on my digi photos and have started something new-to-me that makes so much sense and makes life with so many photos so much easier. Every time I upload photos from my camera I do a quick look through and immediately delete unwanted photos. It's usually not that many and doing it as I go makes it a doable task. Unlike going back 6-8 months and deleting unwanted photos.
Off now to scrap a little and read my new Shape mag before bed. First I have to check on the first day of our "RESPONSIBILITIES" chart. More on that later.
so glad to hear fr u.. I was worried about ya... that's alot of photo sleeves. wow! glad ur doing well!
hugs,

Beautiful picture of your daughter. I have adopted the same digi photo philosophy. I've also started editing and printing each month too. The last 2 years I waited until Dec. and that is just too much work!

Great pics! I also go through and delete photos as I upload to my computer. But, I still keep to many! LOL Always thinking "but I *might* want that one someday..."

great shot of alyssa...love that muted look. always love your photography.
good tip on the digi photos. having been sick this last week i found myself decluttering 2007 photos on the laptop. not the most stimulating use of time.
hmm...you have salted our interest on the responsibility chart...

Great photos, and I'm enjoying your photo organization project! That little tip is a good one. I say that from experience...not fun to go back through months of digi photos! Will look forward to seeing the fruits of your labor!

OMG, Jill, are we on the same blog cycle or something? I'm so grateful for it, some of these gals blog more than I can keep up with, LOL. Okay, what do you do with the sleeves after the photos are in, do you keep them in a photo box or something else? So glad you worked out a thing for the photo weeding and deleting. Remember, I mentioned that was my downfall. LOL Ah, that was a nightmare project, unfinished....LOL
