Alec is more of a running the 200 kind of guy. He hasn't really been interested in any run that is measured by miles until he tried trail runs. He ran his first trail race a few weeks ago with Chad. 3.26 miles. His longest ever. Fast. Loved it.
This past week Chad and Alec did a practice run of their next race. A few more hills and a lot of mud.
According to Alec, "this was the best day of my whole spring break!"
Love that picture of your boys! If I start running again I'd like to do some trail running. More peaceful and scenic.
