Earlier this week I realized that every so often I run not for physical fitness, not for the mileage, not for the pace, not for training, not because I love it, but simply because of stress. Fortunately it doesn't happen often. And fortunately, it is a no-fail remedy.
Somehow. Someway. Running makes things more clear. Running puts things in perspective.
Isn't it wonderful to find the thing that WORKS! Good for you, Jill :)

Well, be glad you do that instead of eat, shop or medicate. Definitely the one with the most net benefit.
Hey, gotta ask you -- I think we both have Whirlpool Duet washer? Has yours ever quit draining? Ours has. It's almost 10 years old and aside from having to get a new door latch, this is the first time it has acted up. If it costs an arm and a leg, I'm going back to bare bones machines next time. Electronics scare me when it comes to having to repair them. xoxo

Excellent stress relief and nothing wrong with running for that reason alone.
