- Alec finished his second season of Cross Country this week.
- Alyssa started her third season of competitive cheer.

Terrific list! I'm on week 8 of p90X and am loving it. I pulled off 90 pull-ups yeseterday! Going to check out your p90x coach as well as some of your other links!
