Get Ready for the New Fitness Friday Blog Hop
Welcome to
Fitness Friday
blog hop! A weekly blog hop for blogs that focus on overall fitness and health. A way to meet new friends, find new blogs and get new followers, subscribers and readers.
<center><a href="http://jillconyers.typepad.com/" _mce_href="http://jillconyers.typepad.com/" target="_blank"><img alt="Fitness Friday Blog Hop" src="https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v407/momof2as/Button_WEB.jpg" _mce_src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v407/momof2as/Button_WEB.jpg" /></a></center>
How to Particpate
1. Follow me, the host, at
Life As I See It [Fitness, Health and Happiness]
.
2. Leave a comment.
3. Create a FF blog post. You can do this one of two ways. Either share a health/fitness blog post or create a Fitness Friday post specifically for the blog hop.
4. Include the blog hop button above in your post or sidebar.
5. Link directly to your Fitness Friday post. Post URL only.
6. Visit and comment [and a follow would be great] as many other blogs as you wish.
7. For those that follow you, return the favor and follow back.
8. There will be a new link up every week.
9. Enjoy meeting new people and finding new blogs!
Tip:
The best way to gain more followers during a blog hop follow is by following others first, and leaving a link back so that they can easily find you. So don't forget to let someone know, if you are following their blog. One way to do this is by commenting and leaving your clickable blog signature (see below).

Hi Jill,
I dropped by to follow you after your comment on my blog! Thanks for stopping by! One quick question about the follow friday - I'm not sure I understand step 3. Where do I find the Follow Friday Linky?

Hi Cori!
The Follow Friday linky will be included at the bottom of the Fitness Friday blog post. I will post either late Thurs night or early Fri morning. It's simple to use! Hope you decide to join! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi Jill,
Love, love, love this idea!
I will be on holidays this week and am trying to stay as unplugged and "present" as I can handle (LOL) with my family during that time. I may pop in, but if not, next week for sure!

How fun that we both had the Fitness Friday type idea. Yes, I'll love to join!

Great! I'm so excited to be doing this. You can either blog something on health/fitness (story, progress, training, recipe, whatever you like) or you can just blog about the blog hop. Either way is fine. Does that help? Let me know so I can be sure I'm explaining it clearly.
