Does "mud crawling, fire leaping, extreme run from hell" sound appealing? It does to my son. Chad and Alec ran a 3.10 mile course of 13 extreme running obstacles. (Photos taken by even photographers and purchased via download). There's a reason why they call this race The Craziest Frickin' Day of Your Life. And Alec loved it!
The next mud run on the Conyers' race schedule, the 10 mile Tough Mudder and I'm signing up too!
This is the first of a 2-part series on Raising Active Kids. Next week, part 2, Tips for Raising Active Kids.
Awesome!
We're signed up for an "Extreme" 5K with friends - 10 obstacles in ours - we can't wait.

That looks like so much fun. It's so good to see kids being active. It really helps them to learn life skills and also keeps them out of trouble. Good for you mom.
