“Consuming food in its most natural state- or as close as possible to it—is the soul of clean eating. It’s not a diet; it’s a lifestyle approach to food and its preparation, leading to health, well-being and a lean look.” -Clean Eating Magazine

We have been on a "fresh food" diet since New Years and it is making a huge difference. My feet don't swell up from all the extra sodium anymore and we spend so much more time together in the kitchen as a family preparing the meals. And everything tastes REALLY GOOD!! REALLY FRESH like it should! I am actually doing a giveaway right now for a local organic delivery company but it is only for Austin/San Antonio readers. I do have some yummy recipes that I am always adding to though. Good luck on your journey, it will be well worth it!
Stopping by from Mom Loop!

Hi Jessica. I agree with everything you said. It is amazing how GOOD fresh food tastes. I found that some of the not so fresh foods I loved no longer taste as good. Thank you for visiting!
