Sunday: Rest
Monday: Cross Training, Ab Ripper
Tuesday: Run 7, Abs Core Plus
Wednesday: Run 5, Ab Ripper
Thursday: Run 5, Abs/Core Plus
Friday: Chest and Back, Abs/Core Plus
Saturday: Run 12, Stretch X
Goals:
- More water. I drink a lot of water or so I thought. After 18 miles last Saturday I realized I'm not drinking enough water for the distances and the heat.
- 4 unassisted pull-ups. No chair!
- Incorporate speed work into one run every week.
What's on your workout schedule this week? What goals are you focusing on?
awesome!
My goal right now is just to stay motivated in this heat! :)

WOW, your workout schedule is AMAZING!! Mine isn't as intense but here goes:
Monday - 1.5 hours yoga
Tuesday - Zumba and Core
Wednesday - swimming
Thursday - Interval training and Zumba
Friday - 45 min stair climber
Saturday - garden
Sunday - rest :)
I too need to drink much more water!! I've also found somehow if I start my day with hot water with lemon and honey in it I can stay more focused throughout the day. Could just be in my head, but it's working this week :)

Nice workouts that will keep you moving. In your head or not if it works for you keep doing it! I'll try the honey lemon water :)

Hi Jen and thanks! Pullups are my nemesis. Progress is limited no matter how hard I try.
