Giveaway: 5 Moeben Arm Sleeves
Arm sleeves aren't just for chilly days or trail runners. Moeben Arm Sleeve are lightweight warm-weather sleeves with a high SPF rating to keep your skin cool and out of harm's way from the sun's rays. Some are made from fabric interwoven with silver ions to maximize thermal regulation.
Who better to design (Moeben CEO and designer, Shannon Farar-Griefer) an arm sleeve than an ultra marathon runner whose favorite race distance is 100 miles. Her longest run is 292 miles and race history includes Badwater (135 miles non-stop from Death Valley to Mt. Whitney, CA in temperatures up to 130F (55c), it is the most demanding and extreme running race offered anywhere on the planet.) and Western States (100 miles from the Squaw Valley floor to Auburn, California with a vertical climb of 2,550 feet within the first 4 1/2 miles). Any doubts? Click here to see Moeben perform in 125 degree heat (click on the About tab in the menu bar and access the video in the yellow bar).

Those are super cute! I have huge arms (from my competitive swimming days) so not sure that they would fit me, but thanks as always for the link up! I'll have to look into those sleaves!

Love your blog! I would wear an XL sleave size. I think that anyone that runs 26.2 miles is a true athlete! I also get inspired by those people that go out there and do the triathlons.

I would wear a size medium. For me, 26.2 miles and over is all about your mentality. I know I can train my body to handle the distance, but can I train my mind to want to keep on going- to me that is when you know you're a runner- when your mind wins out over the pain and exhaustion your feeling and you push through vs. giving in.

So cute! I'd think I'd wear a small - and I love ultra distances. Although I don't think I'd do them myself, the training involved takes more time than I could dedicate being such a slow runner.
