How can you not be inspired by "I believe in redefining my impossible." which is my new mantra. Or "I believe no decision should be made while running up hill." Love that!
I needed a video or 2 during last night's run. Definitely not great. More along the lines of blah and not for any apparent reason. Unless I blame it on the heat. I try not to keep going on and on about the heat but, really, when are the miserable temps going to end?!?!?
I'll make up for it on Thurs. with a fabulous run! Off to work push myself with P90X Shoulders and Arms before getting ready for work.

I ran 18 miles wearing the sleeves last weekend. They're so comfortable. And the added sun protection without added heat is awesome.
totally agree about the heat...i am so ready for cooler temps and being able to run outside when ever I please!!
