I'm headed out the door for a run so this will be quick. I'm checking in for Week 1 of Shrinkvivor at Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans.
This week’s physical challenge is to get up and get moving. As in exercising! We are going to count ALL EXERCISE MINUTES towards this week’s Fitness Challenge.
I'm starting the challenge at 104 pounds but I'm not in it to lose weight. I'll be back later with more details.

I'm back from my run.
Why Shrinkvivor? For the challenge (I can't resist a challenge), the fun and meeting other people focusing on health and fitness. And just maybe provide someone a little inspiration along the way.
So, my minutes from Wednesday to today are
Wed. - P90X Total Body Plus - 50 minutes
Thurs. - Run - 30 minutes

I take it you are in it for the exercise and challenge;-) Kudos to you, it's only day 2 & it's pumped me up for the exercising so it's pretty cool:-)

this is a neat challenge, something I need to take part it for accountability, and to shrink!

I just joined the site - i'm sorry i missed the challenge - it looks like fun and would have been great motivation for me - i'd like to lose 3% bodyfat before my birthday mid-November!
